Begin by selecting your preferred style and location. Once you have your vision, we assist with mortgage approval, blueprints approval, architectural approval, and obtaining the necessary building permits. If required, we also manage the demolition of any existing structures, including asbestos remediation.
We start by staking the site and proceeding with excavation. Then, we install weeping tile, pour the footings and basement walls, and complete the backfilling process to prepare the foundation for your new home.
The framing stage sets the skeleton of your home, followed by roofing. We then rough in the vacuum, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems and install the gas line and electrical meter. After the city inspects the framing, electrical, and plumbing, we proceed with siding, soffit, and fascia.
This stage includes insulation and inspection, followed by drywall, taping, texturing, and painting. We then install the kitchen cabinets, countertops, and carpentry elements like baseboards, doors, and entertainment units. Electrical fixtures, tiles, hardwood, and carpet are also installed during this stage.
We conduct paint touch-ups, thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior, and complete the final city inspection. Rough and final grading is done before professional landscaping and fencing are added. Our quality assurance inspection ensures everything meets our high standards. We will conduct a pre-occupancy inspection with you, followed by finalizing legal documents. Finally, the keys to your new home are handed over on occupancy day.
